Throughout her tenure at Meta, Carlin has worked closely with state and local emergency management agencies, public health departments, and election offices, to foster community engagement, respond to crisis, and ensure the integrity of local elections. Prior to joining Meta, Carlin has dedicated her professional career to working in the state and local government space, most recently at the National league of cities and the Nebraska state legislature.
