When to arrive?
Our pre-conference is on Monday, May 4 ($115 add-on workshops and 7pm CT welcome reception). The main
conference dates are Tuesday, May 5, Wednesday, May 6 and
Thursday, May 7, 2026 (ends at noon CT).

Room Reservations

Room Block Deadline: Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 11:59pm CT - Book early!

Room Rates: $219/night & no resort fee (+16.75% sales tax, and $3.00 occupancy tax rate per room, per night). Additional charge of $30/night for each adult (18+) starting with the third guest. No charge for a second adult or for guests under 18. Early departure fee equal to one night's stay + tax charged on any reservation in which a guest checks out prior to the reserved checkout date.

Airport info, transportation

The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is approximately 16 miles from the venue.

The venue does not have its own shuttle service, but attendees can see available transportation services from the airport, or can coordinate transportation with fellow attendees through the #GSMCON mobile app (attendees get access to the app prior to the start of the event).

Room cancellation policy

Reservations are fully refundable within 72 hours of the arrival date. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours in advance of your arrival date are subject to a penalty of one (1) night's room rate + applicable taxes.

The hotel does not accept personal or business checks on day of arrival. If you wish to pay by check, they must be received by hotel 5-7 working days in advance of arrival.
