When to arrive?
Our pre-conference is on Monday, May 24 ($120 add-on workshops and 7pm MT welcome reception). The main conference dates are Tuesday, May 25, Wednesday, May 26 and Thursday, May 27, 2027 (ends at noon MT).
Hotel Reservations
Attendees may book, modify, or cancel hotel reservations online at https://book.passkey.com/go/GSMCON2027 or by calling 1-888-627-8405 and referencing group code GSMCON. Hotel accommodations are not included with conference registration. Attendees are responsible for making and managing their own hotel reservations.
Room Block Reservation Deadline: Tuesday, May 4, 2027 at 11:59pm MT
Room Rates: Standard rooms (one king or two queens) are available for $229 per night, plus 15.75% tax, with no resort fee. Additional room types and upgrades may be available at higher rates. All rooms are subject to availability, and reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or a one-night room deposit. There is no additional charge for double occupancy. Note venue may provide a rebate per room night to Group's master bill.
