I have been a member of GSM for nearly five years and have watched the organization transform. I've managed social media accounts for several tropical storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, ice storms, a plane crash, missing persons, and other smaller events. Not only did I manage the account during these events, but throughout the recovery process! My goal is to never stop learning and never stop growing. I would love the opportunity to work with all of you, learn from you and grow our profession TOGETHER!

Our association supports a community of government professionals who collaborate about using social media for their agencies. Members elect a representative to serve the association and their region for a term of two years. Members and representatives follow a code of conduct.
